CHRISTMAS!!!
Light Saber Bubbles? Oh you better believe it!
ROBE! Robes are fun. Kids are cute in kid robes. Don't ya think? Also, Operation!! Bzz!
A couple of days after Christmas we went to a place called, The Bounce House. It's all blow up jumpy stuff for kids. It was a present from Grandpa and Grandma so we went with some cousins and had a blast! I also learned that I'm pretty good on a slack line... balance baby!
Bruce "accidentally" went down the slide by himself, on his tummy, backwards...
Let's make cookies!!! Oh and, EZ lost his second tooth!
Bruce is busy, but he's 2 so what else would you expect? He is showing interest in the bathroom and always wants to sit on the potty. So we busted out our kid princess potty (that we got from family, haha) and it makes a congratulatory chime followed with a "Yay!" when you do your business. Great motivation for kids. I'm not ready to do potty training for real... but I might have to give in soon. He seems ready!
Cuddle time with Mom usually leads to selfies...
Make cookies again? Oh boy! They wanted frosted sugar cookies. It wasn't a holiday or anything worth celebrating so our assortment of shapes was very random. Also left over frosting would have to do.. and it did! We had Christmas trees, gingerbread men, hearts, pumpkins, people, teddy bears...
too much work but so yummy and therefore worth it!
These guys pull such silly faces. And yes that's a Halloween shirt in January...
Bruce goes from "happy" to "meltdown" faster than you know. He's a moody 2 year old. Thankfully he's cute so we still like him!
Big brother piggy back rides!
About 10 seconds after these pictures Bruce fell mouth-open into the back of EZ's head. It was more painful for EZ than Bruce. A life with boys...
So, I know I know, random post! Just trying to keep up to date with well, the date! Haha! What else happened? Well John is in his final semester and soon to become a Nurse Practioner! Count down is on! We are so ready to be done with school!!! Although, time seems to be flying by now and we aren't quite sure we're ready for all the many options that will soon be before us. You know because well, then we have to make those grown up decisions. Feeling nostalgic for my childhood... simpler times! I'm sure we'll get used to it in no time. Here's hoping!
