Halloween and some other stuff

The elementary school always does a Halloween parade.  You can park somewhere along the path and watch all the kiddos walk by in their fun costumes.  So, here is Bruce as a skeleton and EZ as Mario.  If you're wondering if those are costumes or pajamas... they are pajamas.  It's important to be comfortable all day in your costume.  EZ's friend happened to be dressed as Luigi, so that was super fun!

My husband claims I have a talent for painting pumpkins.  He may be right.  I always start out casually, then I get more detailed and specific as I go.  I started with Harley Quinn and she's pretty good.  But my Joker just makes me so happy.

We have some friends here who always throw a Halloween themed dinner.  They invite everyone so it's usually at a park.  I made these cupcakes and my classic brain jell-o.  But I didn't get a picture of the jell-o.  The kids decided to wear some different costumes to the event.  Bruce went as Batman and EZ went as Dogman.  We kinda created that costume.  He was so excited though!

Just a day of silly couch selfies.  This guy loves to pose.

A spectacular sunset.

We don't have a Luigi dress-up so these kids decided to fix that problem by making their own!  Not too bad huh?  I love their creativity.

John was inspired to have a "dip-dinner."  I would try to explain it, but I think it's in the name.  Anyway, we had some friends over and it was all very delicious and filling!  The other picture is Bruce writing me love notes, or just whatever he could find to write random letters on.  Then he would bring them to me and get so excited about it.  It was so cute!  These scraps of non-sense paper aren't exactly keepsakes, but I had to at least get a picture memory!
